Method
Amounts in the steps are for the original 2 servings. Use the ingredient list for your amounts.
Stir the yogurt, honey and vanilla together in a bowl until smooth.
Mix the strawberries, blueberries and raspberries in another bowl.
Spoon a quarter of the yogurt into each of 2 glasses or jars, then add a quarter of the berries and a spoonful of granola.
Repeat with the rest of the yogurt and berries, finish with the remaining granola on top, drizzle with a little honey and serve right away.
Tips
- Add the granola just before eating so it stays crunchy. You can layer the yogurt and berries up to a day ahead and keep them covered in the fridge.
- Before a workout, a smaller glass made with nonfat yogurt sits lighter; the berries, honey and granola are the quick carbs.
- Frozen berries work too: thaw them for 10 minutes in a strainer so the juice does not water down the yogurt. Use certified gluten-free granola if you need it gluten-free.
