Method
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the turkey and onion and cook, breaking up the meat, until browned and cooked through.
Stir in the taco seasoning and salsa and simmer until saucy and thick.
Spoon the turkey into lettuce leaves and top with avocado, tomato and cheddar. Serve with lime wedges.
